Zahira, will be opened up in May at H Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is a potential venture of Chef Greg Malouf’s who aspires to show his guests another style of presenting the traditional cuisines of Middle East Asia.
From the secret box of Chef Greg, cocktails with every dish reflecting the flare and flavour celebrated across the Levant and the dishes mainly include salmon kibbeh, duck bisteeya, his famous wagyu basterma, seven vegetable tagine and knife & fork ice cream.
The dining will have a fenace of wooden touch with brass details infusing touch of blues and greens in the dining space to give its diner the perfect feel of soothing and relishing food experience.
The delightful chef is an Australian-Lebanese chef from Melbourne, expressed his feelings and says, “I’ve spent years working on the evolution of Lebanese cuisine and while the dishes need to remain faithful to the essence of the region they can still be presented with creative flair,”. “I want to be part of the next chapter in Middle Eastern food and Zahira will be the platform I’ve been looking for to present this next chapter in Dubai.”
