The Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) has held a ceremony to recognize the contributions of its strategic partners from both the public and private sectors in responding effectively to emergencies. The Authority praised its joint efforts with their partner which falls in line with global standards for ensuring maritime safety within Dubai’s territorial waters.
Attendees agreed on the importance of coordination, integration and cooperation in further enhancing Dubai's competitive capabilities in addressing maritime emergencies and crises, based on advanced and innovative technologies and under the supervision of qualified human capital to ensure the highest standards of maritime safety.
The ceremony was attended by various representatives of DMCA’s strategic partners, including the Dubai Police, the Dubai Municipality, the Coast Guard, the Federal Transport Authority Land and Maritime (FTA), Jebel Ali Port, Port Rashid, (GAC), Admiral Cargo Group, LOC Group, and other private sector companies involved in Dubai’s maritime sector.
