Known for its welcoming atmosphere, Royal China invites Dubai diners to enjoy an array of highly authentic dishes prepared by a team of talented Chinese chefs.  In this way, Royal China continues to delight the neighbourhood and GCC region with its exhilarating and exceptionally authentic culinary experience.

 

The new menu features an entirely fresh selection that explores China’s rich culinary history, taking diners on a journey through exquisite meat and poultry, seafood, vegetables and deserts. Begin with Edamame with Pickled Vegetables, Steamed Wild Mushroom Buns or Dover Sole Cheung Fun, before continuing with mouthwatering items from the fresh seafood menu, from Stir-fried Black Tiger Prawn with Fresh Lily Celery & Hawaii Nuts to Steamed Crab Meat Dumplings with Egg White and Black Truffle.

For those craving hearty meat items, Royal China has added the tender Wok Fried Wagyu Beef with Oyster Mushrooms, Filet of Baby Lamb Sautéed in Dried Chilli and Organic Chicken Sautéed in Malt Caramel & Lightly Spicy Sauce; an outstanding selection prepared freshly to order with all natural ingredients. A choice of vegetable sides accompanies entrees with Baby Spinach in Chicken Broth, Sautéed Okra with Garlic and Lotus Roots with Seasonal Vegetable. The menu concludes with Steamed 'Bee-Hive' Sponge Cake; a sweat treat that begs to be savored with a light and refreshing Chinese tea.
