Straight from the kitchens of Thailand, Pai Thai is introducing Dubai diners to a number of Thai classics with their own twist this month, as the exclusive venue rolls out a fresh menu with added zing.
Taking inspiration from all corners of Thailand’s culinary traditions, Pai Thai’s chefs have introduced a variety of traditional dishes, adding their own flare to the offering. From the seafood and spicy delights of the South, to the herbed and sticky rice dishes of the North, each mouth-watering item will have diners craving for more.
“At Pai Thai, we believe in taking our guests on an exclusive gastronomic journey and our team of passionate culinary artists are always discovering new ways of reinvigorating Thai classics,” said Chheyang Lama, Pai Thai’s Manager.
Some of the standout new seafood creations at Pai Thai include Pha Talay, a zingy mixed seafood salad with chili paste, lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, and lemon dressing; Prawn Candy, deep-fried minced prawns wrapped with coriander, satay, sugar, white pepper and sweet plum sauce; and Tom Poo Prik Thai Dum, a crab meat soup with coconut shoots, black pepper, garlic, onion, carrot and oyster sauce.
Meat lovers will walk away wanting more after the Phad Phed Nuea, a succulent wok-fried beef red curry made with long beans, Thai eggplant, coconut shoots, green peppers, corn, red chilies and sweet basil.
Offering both indoor and al fresco dining options, diners can savor the new menu seven days a week whilst enjoying the stunning venue, overlooking the picturesque waterways at Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah.
For diners looking to feast on a spread of Pai Thai’s award winning cuisine, The Feast of Xahar allows diners to order unlimited dishes from a specially created menu for only AED 195 per person every Friday and Saturday 12-3pm.
